This Retro Video Game Themed Restaurant in Texas Lets You Relive Your 90s Childhood – Narcity

Have you ever just wanted to stay home and play video games while your friends were begging you to go out and eat with them? Well, we’ve just found the perfect solution. Nerdvana in Frisco is a restaurant that lets you play dozens of video games and your favorite classic childhood games while you eat.

Nerdvana is the coolest Dallas joint that has full sized TVs mounted to their walls that are hooked up to gaming devices at your own table. The restaurant is divided into two sections; one is their spirits and food section and one is a coffee shop where you can also browse for all of your nerdy favorite things. At the coffee shop, you will be able to enjoy tabletop games in place of the video games offered next door.

At the spirits and food side of Nerdvana, you can tournament with you friends or sit back and relax at the bar while watching others play if you don’t feel like doing so yourself. They also have fun featured game and trivia nights!

If you ask nicely enough the coffee shop will draw your favorite cartoon or video game character in your drink in a true nerd fashion.

Of course, the decor of the shop couldn’t be ignored as all the tables are filled with pieces from all your favorite tabletop games including Monopoly, Life and Dungeons & Dragons.
