These video game pre-orders at Target can score you 30% off select games – Android Central

Before you hit the pre-order button on any games announced during E3, consider making that purchase at Target. Right now, pre-ordering select new video games will score you 30% off the cost of another select video game that’s already been released. That’ll give you something to play in the meantime, and games that are already on sale are eligible for this discount as well. Target offers free shipping on orders totaling $35 or more, or with a REDcard which will even save you an additional 5% off today’s purchase.

30% off video games with a pre-order

Target’s taking 30% off select PlayStation 4, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch video games when you pre-order a new game at full price, including options like Crash Team Racing, Watch Dogs: Legion, and Gears 5.

Prices Vary

This sale at Target is acting a bit wonky currently. While it’s not supposed to give you a discount if you only snag two pre-orders, some games will allow this. At the same time, some released games which say they’ll be discounted don’t seem to show a discount when you add eligible titles to your cart. There’s really no way to discern what will work until you start testing out your options.

Games like Crash Team Racing: Nitro Fueled, Watch Dogs: Legion, Monster Hunter World: Icebourne Master Edition, and FIFA 20 can be pre-ordered to score 30% off another game, along with games like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Borderlands 3.

Head to Target now to find a recently released game eligible for this deal before all the good ones go out of stock!
