When: 29th – 30th June
It’s not just products that are popping-up, treatments are getting in on the action, too. Skincare brand Wild Source has recently taken up residence at Liberty London, where it’s offering 45-minute facials in the shops hidden treatment room (which, once upon a time, was Queen Mary’s private shopping room).
The first-of-its-kind beauty treatment combines rejuvenating facial massage, performed by acclaimed facialist Nicole Campbell-Watson, with the transformational benefits of guided meditation by Giselle La Pompe-Moore. Expect to unwind and completely switch off. The treatment costs £85, which is redeemable against one Wild Source discovery Facial Oil of your choice. Click here to book.
Aesop Queer Library, 41 Lexington Street, W1F 9AJ
When: 28th June – 5th July
Technically, this isn’t a beauty pop-up shop. But it is a pop-up (in a beauty shop) that’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in or around London between the 28th of June and the 5th of July. Celebrating 50 years of Pride marches in the UK, the Aesop Queer Library will be returning to the Aesop Soho store where all the products will be removed from the shelves and replaced with literature from LGBTQIA+ authors.
Spanning various genres and generations, the selection of works will be made up of books sourced from London’s Gay’s The Word bookstore as well as those donated by Penguin Random House. Passers-by and Aesop fans will be invited in to pick up a complimentary book of their choice to cherish, share and discuss.
