The Spice Girls delight fans at Edinburgh gig as they move on from sound, fighting and overcrowding issues

THE Spice Girls delighted fans at their Edinburgh gig as they move on from sound, fighting and overcrowding issues.

They came back strong in Scotland after a string of problems including brawling fans as their epic comeback tour kicked off last month.

The group have reunited for the first time in seven years, this time without Posh Spice Victoria Beckham, 45, to put on their much-hyped shows.

And tonight Mel B, 44,  showed off her incredible abs in a crop-top co-ord in shiny green leopard print.

Ginger Spice Geri Halliwell, 46, and Baby Spice Emma Bunton, 43, looked sweet as they hugged under a tartan blanket.

Sporty Spice Mel C, 45,  updated her famous style glitzy tracksuit bottoms and a crop top as they beamed in front of the packed crowd.

Things were finally looking up for the Wannabe singers after some of their earlier shows were plagued with issues.

Fans had demanded refunds after complaining about bad sound for the second time during their comeback tour.

Audience members struggled to hear the music properly once again – after Mel B insisted they would sort it.

Taking to Twitter to discuss the issues, one person wrote: “Okay so @spicegirls was so much fun however the sound was atrocious and you could not hear what they actually said! So disappointing when you pay soo much for a once in a life time opportunity.”

While another moaned: “@spicegirls how disappointing to spend money on a ticket to see you @principalitysta and the support act stole the show! Sound was pants! #shuttheroof #sackthesoundguys! #refundwanted.”

“@spicegirls not much better in Cardiff… The sound was awful again.. What a way to spend money! #refundplease,” tweeted another.

Meanwhile a fight broke out at another gig where two women traded punches in front of young children.

The two fans started scrapping halfway through the concert – which sold out Sunderland’s Stadium of Light.

Over 50,000 fans packed out the arena to watch Geri, Emma, Mel B, and Mel on stage as part of the group’s world tour.

Onlooker Gemma Coburn attended the concert last minute with a friend who had a spare ticket and was excited about seeing the Spice Girls.

She said: “These are grown women, it’s a disgrace.

“It’s not something I’d expect to see at as Spice Girls concert. It’s not the way to go on.”
