The shocking reason MAFS' Jules Robinson keeps delaying her wedding with Cameron Merchant

The real reason Married At First Sight’s Jules Robinson and Cameron Merchant keep postponing their wedding

Earlier this week, she announced she had temporarily postponed her wedding to fiance Cameron Merchant.

And on Thursday, Married At First Sight star Jules Robinson cleared up any rumours on why the couple have put their nuptials on hold.

The flamed-haired star told Today show host Ben Fordham she wanted to enjoy the entire process of organising a wedding.

‘We had that great idea to get married on the one year anniversary but so much has been happening and I wanted to enjoy the process of organising the wedding,’ she explained.

Jules added that she wanted to make sure that the event was perfect by spending more time planning every bit without feeling stressed out by the process.

The 37-year-old also explained she’s currently on a fitness mission as part of being the new face of Weight Watchers, and hopes she will lose the 10kg she’s gained since meeting Cameron.

‘I’ve been getting healthy and unfortunately in the last year I’ve put on 10 kilos since I married Cameron, and I think that is just down to busy lifestyle, things have changed and I’m absolutely enjoying it,’ she said.

On Tuesday, she told Yahoo! Lifestyle that she lost their $5000 deposit on their wedding venue, but felt like it was the right decision after signing on as an ambassador for the weight loss program.

‘It’s a lifestyle choice and one I want to continue for the rest of my life and one I want to maintain because I’ve yo-yoed my whole life,’ she told the publication, revealing she’d already shed three kilos.

Jules first announced her partnership with the weight loss company on Instagram on Monday.

‘Anyone that knows me well and for a long time, knows that I have fluctuated my whole life,’ she began in a lengthy post.

‘WW is [a] holistic, healthy, sustainable approach to being a healthy, curvy, womanly best version of my self! I’m looking forward to sharing this rewarding experience with you!’
