However not everything was perfect in the show, as Alex found herself completely red-faced during the final moments of the episode.
After showing off a number of VTs involving lockdown and looking after themselves, the hosts showed off some photo frames with their fans in.
The photos showed off how their fans were spending their time in the sun.
Lifting up a photo Alex announced: “We’ve got one here as well.”
“But we do like that one Corinne,” she stammered. “Sorry!”
Despite trying to continue on with her process of reading out the photo stories, she couldn’t help but apologise once again.
“I feel terrible now,” she added. “Sorry Corinne and Lisa!”
In a recent edition of The One Show Alex found herself a little gobsmacked after hearing her guest call the show “unfriendly”.
Whilst hosting comic Dara O’Brien, Alex chatted with him about how he was getting on in lockdown.
To which he responded: “It’s a pleasure to be here, I mean the show was always – slightly unfriendly, The One Show, but this is really to an extreme!”
Alex jumped in to ask: “I’m sorry what?”
As the camera panned out it showed Dara on a stool on the other side of the studio – in order to adhere to the two-metres of separation rule.
