The Masked Singer saw two celebrities unveiled this evening as they narrowly missed out on the final of the first British series of the wild and wacky singing competition. Monster, Queen Bee, Octopus, Fox and Hedgehog took to the stage in hope of impressing the voting studio audience and the judges, but unfortunately, it was the end of the road for Monster and Fox. While Monster was revealed as CeeLo Green, fans were stunned when they saw who was hiding underneath the saucy Fox outfit.
For weeks, speculation has been rife as to which female has been donning a slinky metallic costume on stage.
As the competition with a twist come to a close, the following clues have been dropped to help viewers try and guess who was Fox.
She was a celebrity who knows, or has worked with Andrew Lloyd Webber, alongside that, she is a bit of a party animal.
The famous face also splits their time between the countryside and the East End, which may have been a nod to an appearance in the BBC One soap EastEnders.

After failing to get the audience’s vote, Fox had to take off her mask and much to the judges surprise, Denise Van Outen emerged.
Taking to Twitter to comment, one said: “Yey I guessed fox right. Love Denise #TheMaskedSinger.”
“Who would of thought it? The fox = Denise van outen #TheMaskedSinger #didntknowshesang #fox,” a surprised viewer commented.
Someone else wrote online: “I got one right!! I knew Fox was Denise! #TheMaskedSinger.”
“Been saying from Day 1 that Fox is Denise Van Outan #TheMaskedSinger,” one tweet read.
Some fans were quick to suggest her tightly fitted costume was a give away, but Denise commented: “I loved my fox costume. I felt like a futuristic disco fox. I was lucky that I was able to move quite freely in my outfit.”
Davina McCall, Rita Ora, Jonathan Ross and Ken Jeong made up the star-studded judging panel, and they were left clueless week after week when Fox performed.
Denise said: “I love the panel. I’ve got a huge girl crush on Rita Ora and the rest of the panel had great banter. I was giggling away behind my mask at some of their guesses.”
Despite missing out on the final, the former Loose Women panellist was not disheartened: “I’m just glad I got as far as I did. I loved being part of this new and exciting show. I can’t wait to see who else is revealed. I’m hooked!”
Following Monster and Fox’s exit, the race is on for the final.
Next week, Queen Bee, Octopus and Hedgehog will battle it out to be crowned the first ever winner of The Masked Singer UK.
However, all three will be unmasked and the famous faces lurking beneath will be revealed, but who are the celebrities behind the mask?
