Located in Oracabessa, Jamaica, Fleming Villa is the estate where Ian Fleming spent his time working on the epic novels that served as inspiration for the many James Bond films we have seen over the years.

And now, it’s available to rent out on Airbnb.

Though the villa is no longer owned by Fleming’s estate, it still has a lot of Bond-related history.

The listing reads: ‘This boho-chic villa sits along the iconic beachfront of Golden Eye Resort. Laze in a hammock slung between the trees, float across the lagoon-like shallows of the swimming pool, and round out a day in the sun with an alfresco soak in the clawfoot bathtub.’

The bathtub is outside on wooden decking (so no need to worry about slipping), and surrounded by trees and flowers, to make sure you will be extremely relaxed.

There are five bedrooms in the villa, across three buildings, including three in the main house.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and an outdoor shower. All of the bedrooms in the main house have an outdoor tub.

A separate bedroom in the poolhouse offers a king-sized bed, an outdoor rain shower, and a private terrace, where you can enjoy your martinis shaken, not stirred.

The final bedroom is in the ‘sweet spot cottage’, around the back of the other buildings, featuring a king-sized bed, an outdoor rain shower, and private balcony.

Even if it had no connection to James Bond, it would be a gorgeous villa to stay in with friends or family.

While staying at the Fleming Villa, you are able to take advantage of the Golden Eye Resort’s tennis courts, yoga studio, and watersport equipment. Plus, the villa has a private butler and a personal chef to cook for up to 12 guests.

Licensed to kill? More like licensed to relax – you can book your luxury stay through Airbnb, if you fancy.

If you’re not keen on travel, though, you can always just watch the film.

No Time To Die, the 25th instalment in the James Bond franchise was released earlier this month after long delays due to Covid-19. It is Daniel Craig’s last outing as the iconic super spy, with a new Bond yet to be announced.
