THE Hills reboot series will return to MTV this week, with much of the original cast, following a nine year hiatus.
But when the show was off air the stars of the programme embarked on new adventures. Here we give you the lowdown on what they got up to when filming ended.

The Hills burst onto the scene in the early 2000s, with a cast of young Californians captivating viewers worldwide with their turbulent love lives, troubled friendship and taste for the finer things in life.
However, they continued to live eventful lives even after the show had ended, with some carving out new careers and starting families.
Lauren Conrad

Lauren Conrad is undoubtedly one of the biggest stars to have come out of the series and has gone on to do wonders since leaving the series in 2009.
She pursued a career in fashion off-screen and launched her own brand, LC Lauren Conrad, in 2015 which sells clothing, accessorises and household goods.
Also, Lauren has published nine books, including fiction and non-fiction, and featured on the covers of Cosmopolitan, Rolling Stone and Entertainment Weekly.
In 2012, the star began dating William Tell, a guitarist in rock band Something Corporate, who she later married in 2014.
They share one child together, named Liam James Tell, who was born in 2017, and they are also expecting their second child.
Audrina Patridge

Audrina Patridge continued to work in reality television when the show ended and landed her own reality show on VH1, entitled Audrina, in 2011.
However, the series only lasted one season and was cancelled due to low ratings but this did not discourage her as she went on to forge a career in acting.
In 2011, she had a cameo role in the motion picture Take Me Home Tonight and also signed on to star in the YOBI.tv Dream Maker web series.
She was cast in Scary Movie 5 in 2013 alongside Ashley Tisdale, Charlie Sheen and Jerry O’Connell.
From 2014 to 2015, Audrina hosted the NBC late-night travel series, 1st Look, before getting engaged to Cory Bohan.
The couple welcomed their first child, Kirra Max, on June 24, 2016 and tied the knot in November 5, 2016.
However, she separated from Cory, who she first started dating in 2008, a year later and their divorce was finalised in 2018.
She will appear in The Hills reboot series, entitled The Hills: New Beginnings alongside some of her former cast members.
Heidi and Spencer Pratt

The celebrity couple have been on quite a few reality shows since The Hills, with the twosome starring in the Celebrity Big Brother and the US version of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!.
They have also appeared on Celebrity Wife Swap and Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars 2, as well as Celebrity Big Brother 2017: All Stars vs. New Stars.
Spencer and Heidi eloped to Mexico in November 20, 2008, just a year after they announced their engagement.
In July 2010, Heidi filed for divorce from Spencer, citing irreconcilable differences in the petition.
But they called it off in September 2010 after confessing that the action was intended to boost her ailing career.
Spencer is the elder brother of former Made In Chelsea star Stephanie Pratt and was a friend of Brody Jenner, who is son of Caitlyn Jenner and brother to Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
Kristin Cavallari

Kristin Cavallari had roles in television, appearing in CSI: NY, The League, Veronica Mars and The Middle.
She has also had parts in movies, such as Cheerleader Camp, and now has her own show on E!, titled Very Cavallari.
What’s more, the mother-of-three has founded her own jewellery, clothing and home collection and is married to Jay Cutler, an American football quarterback.
The two got engaged in April 2011, however, they called off the engagement in July 2011, before reconciling in November 2011.
They wed on June 8, 2013 in Nashville Tennessee and share three children together, Jack, Jaxon and Saylor.
Stephanie Pratt

Stephanie Pratt has made a name for herself not only in the US but in the UK too, by appearing in reality shows.
She had a regular role in Channel 4’s Made In Chelsea, after making her debut as Spencer Matthew’s girlfriend.
The reality star, who has dated a host of famous facse, later went on to appear in Celebrity Big Brother and Celebs Go Dating.
Stephanie released her autobiography Made In Reality, in which she opened up about her eating disorders and past drug addiction.
In April 2010, she posed completely nude for PETA’s Be nice to Bunnies iPhone app – which was designed to help people find stores and products that are kind to animals.
She will return for the reboot of the The Hills, entitled The Hills New Beginnings when it premieres on MTV.
