The Chase players were in for a challenge on tonight’s show, as Anne Hegerty squared up to take them down.
Unfortunately for contestant Jenny, she wasn’t a match for The Governess’ quiz skills, and was sent home.
As Jenny walked off set, Anne announced: “Aw, she was nice.”
Before adding: “I always like catching the nice ones – it means there’s less niceness in the studio.”
Bradley looked stunned by the confession, though moved swiftly on to quizzing the next contestant, boxer Stuart.
Over on Twitter, one viewer joked: “I agree with Anne it’s always good to extract the niceness. Just thinking about being nice is making my skin crawl…”
