One viewer tweeted: “This team are so dull!” with the eye-roll emoji.

While another moaned: “If this team was a colour, it would be beige.

“I want them wiped out.” said a third.

One fan even complained saying “I’ll be nodding off in a minute can’t see an exciting game no highs.”

Only two contestants managed to make it to the final chase against Anne.

They had £13,000 in the prize fund.

Despite their best efforts, the duo didn’t manage to take down the chaser in tonight’s show.

Fans were even tweeted afterwards saying it was a boring episode.

One viewer said: “Well that was a waste of time, wasn’t it? F***ing boring.”

While another wrote: “Good god, that was boring. Good bye.”

After the players failed to beat Anne Hegerty, one of them said she was “too good”.

The Governess is not only know for being one of the chasers on the quiz show, but she was also on I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here… in 2018.

She was the fifth contestant to leave the jungle after admitting she tried to quit the show after just one day in camp.
