Timm Hanly confirms he has ‘moved on’ and is ‘dating again’ after being dumped by Angie Kent in the heartbreaking Bachelorette finale
Timm Hanly was left heartbroken during Thursday night’s finale of The Bachelorette, when Angie Kent told him she had fallen in love with somebody else.
But on Friday, months after the episode was filmed in Byron Bay, Timm confirmed he is now in a good place and is ready to jump back into the dating scene.
Speaking on The Kyle and Jackie O Show, the 27-year-old fireproofer said: ‘I’ve moved on, I’m in a good place at the moment. I’m happy.’

The lovable larrikin broke down in private after consoling a tearful Angie at their final goodbyes on the show’s dramatic last episode.
‘I’ve been keeping a super low profile,’ Timm told the radio hosts, but added he had ‘moved on’ and was ‘open to dating again’.
The quirky suitor even suggested he would be keen to become The Bachelor 2020 if he was approached by Channel 10 with an offer for the role.

During his parting words to Angie on the show, he cheekily suggested the blonde could contact him if things didn’t work out between her and ‘winner’ Carlin.
‘Don’t cry. No, this won’t be the end of us… I’ll be sliding into the DMs. Hey. Just call me if youse (sic) break up,’ he joked.
However, Timm claims he no longer wants to pursue a romantic relationship with Angie and will be ‘mates forever now’.
Host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson asked whether his decision not to date Angie in the future came from not wanting to be heartbroken twice, and he agreed: ‘I think that’s the reason.’

Angie said that Timm was her ‘soulmate’ and made her ‘laugh all the time’, but wasn’t quite able to put into words that she had a stronger connection with Carlin Sterritt.
Timm took the news graciously as the former Gogglebox star let him down gently, despite the fact they’d shared intense chemistry throughout the season.
He consoled Angie as she struggled to explain her feelings, and insisted that she accept his $2500 diamond commitment ring as a gift to remember him by.
Angie and Carlin fronted media interviews on Friday to show off their newfound romance publicly, while Timm has returned to work.
