The drama on The Bachelor is set to ramp up a notch this week, as Stephanie Lynch appears to call Holly Kingston the C-word in a bombshell new trailer.

Shortly after the elimination ceremony on Wednesday, a new preview reveals that frontrunner Holly, 27, is set to enjoy an adorable paddle-boarding date with hunky pilot Jimmy Nicholson, 32.

But when the camera cuts to Twitch gamer Stephanie, 27, she out of nowhere appears to utter the words: ‘So Holly’s a c**t,’ while sipping tea with some of the other ladies – before denying it when confronted at the cocktail party hours later.

While the expletive language is bleeped out, it certainly sends shockwaves through the mansion – with Stephanie later saying to the camera: ‘Sorry Jimmy, this is the real me.’

Brooke Cleal later decides to tell Holly about Stephanie’s choice of words at the cocktail party, leaving her completely gobsmacked.

‘I wouldn’t even say that about my worst enemy,’ Holly says, before telling producers: ‘I’m not going to let it slide.’

But despite the moment being caught on camera, Stephanie sensationally denies she ever said anything when confronted by the ladies later that evening.

‘I didn’t call you a c**t,’ she says in disbelief.

‘I did hear it,’ Brooke responds. ‘And I did think it was really mean.’

‘When did I call her a c**t?’ Stephanie bites back.

Speaking to producers, Holly later says: ‘Hand on heart, I do not have a recollection.’

It’s not the first time a C-word scandal has hit headlines on The Bachelor.

Monique Morley was booted off The Bachelor in 2019, following rumours she called Matt Agnew a ‘disrespectful pig’ and ‘dog c**t’ behind his back.

At the time, Matt told Monique that the trust was ‘severely damaged’ and he didn’t know how they could ‘move past’ the incident.

Monique denied making the derogatory remarks, but then acknowledged that she may have said them but forgot doing so.

‘Yeah, look, like, you don’t need to believe me…’ she said.

‘I can’t do that anymore,’ Matt replied sternly. ‘I’m just not sure how exactly things move forward for us, Mon… I think it’s for the best that you leave the mansion. I’ll walk you to the car.’
