THERE are 13 baby name “tribes” mums fall into, according to new research.

And interestingly for expectant parents, finding your category could help you decide on a moniker for your little one.

As Mumsnet explains, parents on its baby names boards often suggest a name and ask: “If I like this, what else will I like?”

With this in mind, the website’s data science team used statistical textual analysis techniques to help mums-to-be figure the answer out.

The aim is to help parents discover a name they’d never thought of – but actually love.

The tribes range from “grandparent chic” to “flower power”, “Disney divas” and “old schoolers”.

The “royal babies” list includes George, William, Elizabeth and Victoria.

Kate Middleton and Prince William were clearly bang on the money when they named their first child, Prince George.

Cheryl and Liam Payne fall into the “super moderns” category, which features their son Bear’s moniker.

Other modern options are Jaxon, Leilani and Canary.

“Classy classicists” may like Ptolemy, Aristotle or Atlas, while “old schoolers” could opt for Sharon or Keith.

Then there are the “Disney divas” – with Elsa, Aurora and Belle being recommended – and “grandparent chic”.

Ava, Alfie and Evelyn all fall into this tribe.
