Texas announce 30th anniversary gig at Glasgow Hydro – here’s how to get tickets


Glasgow rockers Texas are to celebrate the 30th anniversary of their debut album ‘Southside’ with a special show at the SSE Hydro in Glasgow next year.

The band, fronted by Sharleen Spiteri and famous for hits such as ‘I Don’t Want A Lover’ and ‘Black Eyed Boy’, have sold over 40 million records during the course of their career, since forming in 1986.

The Hydro show on Saturday, October 17, 2020 comes on the back of a sold-out performance to celebrate the band’s 30 years in music – set to take place on December 15 at SWG3 in Glasgow.

Texas will also be performing at a sold-out show at SWG3 in December

 

There are several ticket presales for the SSE Hydro show starting on Monday, November 25 before going on general sale at 9am on Wednesday, November 27 – you can get them via Ticketmaster here .
