Teresa was seen on Thursday night with the much younger Blake Schreck at the Manhattan rooftop bar R17.
An Us Weekly source said the pair ‘looked very much like a couple on a date.’
While Teresa was enjoying the company of the 26-year-old realtor, her husband Joe Giudice was being held in an immigration detention facility in Western Pennsylvania.
However, Teresa’s attorney James J. Leonard Jr. told the magazine that the meeting between her and Blake was ‘100 percent strictly business.’

The onlooker to Teresa and Blake’s outing described the drinks they enjoyed at R17, located atop Pier 17 in Lower Manhattan’s Seaport District. ‘Teresa was drinking red wine. Blake was drinking a beer. They were laughing a lot together. Blake was making Teresa laugh, and she was giggling,’ said the source.
‘Blake was eager to get her out of there. When Teresa came out of the bathroom, she asked Blake if they could stay and he said: “I already called the elevator. Let’s get out of here,”‘ the witness gossiped.
Teresa’s lawyer explained: ‘This is a working business relationship between two professionals. They are collectively working on a project that includes other individuals and have been for quite some time.’

Teresa and Blake first got the rumor mill going when they were seen together at a New Year’s party held at the Miami restaurant Big Pink.
‘Teresa had her hands on his leg. At points, the two had their hands intertwined, and then the man was rubbing her leg in a romantic way,’ said an Us Weekly source.
James said: ‘Teresa was out celebrating New Year’s Eve with a large group of men and women while she was in Miami.

He received a small legal win earlier in June, when he was granted an extension to submit his opening briefs for his appeals case. He was originally supposed to deliver them on June 12, but he now has until July 15.
On the season nine reunion of The Real Housewives Of New Jersey, Teresa said she and Joe will ‘go our separate ways’ if he is sent back to Italy.
She said in a Bravo Insider clip this month: ‘If he gets deported, he’ll never be able to go to their graduation, celebrate their birthdays, anything.’
Teresa added: ‘He’s going to be missing out on so much. The girls adore their father and no child should have to go through what my daughters are going through. They should have their daddy here.’
