It’s been a rough 24 hours for Geordie Shore star Chloe Ferry, who was left fighting back tears after learning that a day after splitting with boyfriend Sam Gowland, he was already contacting other women.
On Friday, Chloe and former Love Island contestant Sam confirmed their split after a year and a half together, and Chloe wrote on Instagram: ‘It hurts me to say this but me and Sam have gone our separate ways. We are still friends.
‘Things carry on as normal. Bring on Saturday for the shop opening’ – referring to her new salon, called the CM House of Aesthetics in Tyneside.
However, the 23-year-old reality TV star has since developed claws, after she revealed that women have been sending her screengrabs of Sam following them.
Tearfully taking to her Instagram stories, she said: ‘I’m trying to put a brave face on and be happy because it’s a very important day for us, and I’m getting people print screening and sending us DMs of Sam following girls already. We haven’t been broke up 24 hours.
‘I’m trying to have such a good time with my shop opening tomorrow but I’ve got people sending me s**t like that, I just don’t want to see it.’
She added: ‘I cannot get over I have nearly been with Sam for two years and we haven’t even been broke up for 24 hours and he’s already done that.
‘I can’t think of doing anything worse than that to him.’
Chloe concluded that whilst she’s grateful to her fans, she doesn’t want them to send her anything about what Sam is or isn’t doing online.
Sam hasn’t yet responded to the break-up or Chloe’s recent video, though he did post a photo from Marbella, Spain, plugging a pair of sunglasses: ‘Thanks for all ur kind messages they haven’t gone unnoticed. Really appreciate them. Sunglasses @sgapparel.co.uk (sic).’
The pair met on Geordie Shore back in October 2017 and moved in together shortly after.
The breakup doesn’t seem to be as amicable as the initial social media posts showed, and there are suggestions that the pair broke up due to ‘constant rows over money and their careers,’ The Sun reported.
Sam, who briefly dated Love Island contestant Georgia Harrison, may have a difficult time completely letting go of Chloe, considering he has her face tattooed on his leg.
The then-couple appeared on MTV’s Just Tattoo Of Us, and Chloe surprised Sam by having her mug tattooed on his thigh.
