The Let Me Love You singer, 29, looked incredible in a patterned dress that showed off her toned midriff on the red carpet.
Her love of elaborate fashion is no secret, and Rita underwent a dramatic outfit change before she took to the stage.
She wore a cream minidress with metallic detailing, huge furry sleeves and a flowing train while and crowned the look with a spiky tiara.
It was a star-studded affair with Stormzy, Harry Styles and Liam Payne all in attendance.
Harry channelled his inner Mick Jagger as he pouted and danced in a sparkly jumpsuit, while his old One Direction bandmate rocked a bright red denim jacket.

There was a cameo video appearance from Capital DJ and I’m A Celeb star Roman Kemp, who recorded a message for the crowd.
He said: “Hey, it’s me Roman Kemp. I hope you’re having an incredible Jingle Bell Ball! I am so sorry I can’t be there right now. If you’re watching this, then somehow, I’m still on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.
But the Jingle Bell Ball really is one of the best shows on the planet. I would love to be there, eating all those lovely mince pies with you, but I guess I’ll have to make do with a bowl of fish eyes or something gross.
