Taylor Swift makes surprise Abbey Road visit to support BBC Children in Need charity album

Taylor Swift made a surprise visit to Abbey Road Studios as stars recorded a charity album for BBC Children in Need.

Helena Bonham Carter, David Tennant, Jodie Whittaker and Luke Evans, were just some of the celebrities who are making an album of cover songs to fundraise for disadvantaged children in the UK.

Suranne Jones, Adrian Lester, Himesh Patel and Shaun Dooley have also joined the fray for the album titled, Got It Covered.

The US superstar made the surprise appearance to visit actor Dooley while he recorded his own version of her song, Never Grow Up – one of the tracks on the album.

While making the album, the group are being filmed for a documentary, which will air later this month.

The 90-minute film will be broadcast on BBC One on Wednesday October 30 at 7.30pm.

The album, in aid of BBC Children In Need, will be released later in the year.
