Taylor Swift may be a busy lady but she’s still got time to get her workouts in, as she was spotted giving it some welly at an exclusive New York City gym.

The Shake It Off hitmaker, who’s gearing up to release her seventh album, looked way happier than we ever do during a workout, as she chatted away to a trainer.

Now that’s a lady who’s got her life together.

Rocking up to Dogpound in West Hollywood she made sure to say hi to the trainers before getting to it.

We’re exhausted just looking at her.

With Tay gearing up to release her long-awaited seventh album, we’ve been given a few intriguing hints about what to expect from the butterfly era.

‘I’m trying to convey an emotional spectrum,’ she said. ‘I definitely don’t wanna have too much of one thing…. You get some joyful songs and you get the bops, as they say.’

There are also some ‘really, really, really, really sad songs’ but ‘not enough to where you need to worry about me’.

Sounds like the tears will most definitely be flowing.

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, in her first sit-down interview in three years, Taylor added: ‘This time around I feel more comfortable being brave enough to be vulnerable, because my fans are brave enough to be vulnerable with me.

‘Once people delve into the album, it’ll become pretty clear that that’s more of the fingerprint of this — that it’s much more of a singer-songwriter, personal journey than the last one.’

After making her political views clear last October following speculation, she’s also revealed she’s ready to get political with her music to send a message to young people.

The ME! songstress told RTL: ‘I definitely think there are political undertones in the new music I made.

‘I’m not planning to stop encouraging young people to vote and to try to get them to talk about what’s going on in our country.’

She added: ‘I think that’s one of the most important things I could do.’
