With her diamond encrusted, bold makeup looks and perfectly contoured skin, we thought we’d hit up the star for her top beauty hacks, skincare tricks and wellness tips from her first experience with makeup and her everyday go-to routine to how she looks after her skin and how she cares for that show-stopping smile.

“Makeup has been in my life for as long as I can remember”

I used to mess up all my mum’s makeup from when I was four years old and basically destroying everything! I remember taking the eye pencils and cracking them, smearing lipstick all over my teeth. Make up has been in my life for as long as I can remember.

“If my highlight can’t be seen from space, I’m staying in”

If I’m not in drag I don’t really wear makeup, when I’m wearing it, it’s very full on. I like a full coverage foundation, a poppin’ highlight, a strong brow and I like a good pigment on the eye. The vibe is very runway, and usually a nice bold lip that shows off my nice white nashers.

Having said that, I like to switch up all the time. I don’t like to get stagnant with my looks. I do a red lip a couple of times a week then I switch it up and do a brown lip but I would say a strong popping highlight so my cheekbones can be seen from space, and if not, I ain’t going out baby!

“Face tape is my biggest makeup hack”

I love a face tape. Can’t live without it. I like yanking my face right back and making myself look about two years old. I used to use gorilla tape but now I’ve upgraded to the pro stuff.

Oh, and another hack is if you smudge your mascara when applying it, let it dry before your try and remove it. If it’s wet, it’s going to go all over the place, but if you leave it to dry and you can just scrape it off with your nail and you’re good to go.

“There isn’t one beauty trend I wouldn’t try”

I always try different trends and techniques. I might not like it but I think you should try them all you know. Life’s short, push boundaries, experiment, play around a bit, colour outside the lines!

“My skincare routine extends to my teeth”

I do love a bit of skincare. It all starts with a lot of cleansing, toning, exfoliating, serums, oils, moisturisers. It’s all about celebrating the skin, it’s nothing to do with makeup, it’s about your good serums your oils, massaging in your face, lymphatic drainage, all that good stuff.

I also treat my gums and teeth with the same level of care as I do my skin. I’m currently using Colgate Elixir Gum Booster as it has hyaluronic acid to make sure they’re hydrated and healthy.

“Video games are my wellness”

I’m a bit of a nerd when it comes to relaxing – I love a good fighting video game, a bit of Mortal Kombat or something. I’ll either de-stress with a good game, listen to good bops or go on a walk.

My mantra is “get over yourself”

If I’m ever having a down day, I look at myself in the mirror say, “get over yourself, it’s not that deep. People are dying Kim!”
