Tanya Tucker gifted Justin Bieber a cross necklace after she was touched by his Christian faith

Tanya Tucker might be asking the world to “Bring (Her) Flowers Now,” but the country legend is also more than happy to give gifts to others.

One day after she picked up her first-ever Grammy Awards for Best Country Album and Song, Tucker visited the “Ellen” show to perform “Hard Luck” with her co-producers Brandi Carlile and Shooter Jennings.

The other guest on Tucker’s episode? Pop superstar Justin Bieber, who’s gearing up for a new album and stadium tour (hitting Nashville on July 11).

Tucker was watching Bieber’s interview with Ellen DeGeneres, and the country singer’s publicist says she was so touched by his remarks on his Christian faith, she wanted to give him a gift.

Backstage, the 61-year-old presented Bieber with a leather necklace and cross made of horseshoe screws.

Publicist Scott Adkins says she gives the necklaces to people in her inner circle, but “made an exception with Justin.”

On social media, Tucker said she had “Only the best things to say” about Bieber. Like the pop star, she had her first hit song, “Delta Dawn,” at 13.

Tucker is headlining the “CMT Next Women of Country: Bring My Flowers Now Tour,” which kicks off February 5 in Vienna, Va.
