Earlier this month she welcomed her first child, daughter Sophie Heather, with NRL star Tom Burgess. 

And on Thursday, Tahlia Giumelli took to Instagram Stories to answer a series of questions about her labour experience. 

The 25-year-old revealed that her boyfriend, 27, was a great support during her birth experience, but almost fainted at one point.

She wrote that he was ‘a freaking legend’ during the labour, ‘Although he almost passed out during the epidural.’

The model added: ‘He helped me though every contraction, he held my hand, made me laugh, rubbed my back and kept me calm through the whole experience. 

‘He motivated me at the end and really kept us going. Couldn’t fault him at all, he listened to everything I communicated to him and it helped me so much.’

Tahlia also revealed she did ‘not have a birth plan’ and that saved her a lot of anxiety going into the birth. 

As a result the brunette beauty declared: ‘I loved my birth experience’.  

She added that she had no qualms about asking for an epidural to help numb the pain.

Tahalia went on  to say that she had ‘struggled with breastfeeding’ but a relative had helped her through. 

It comes after she showed off her very toned postpartum tummy in an Instagram post on Monday.

The model shared a series of photos of her changing belly, with a picture taken on each day since giving birth, as well as one zooming in on her stretch marks.

The beauty revealed that she still has stretch marks ‘despite all the oils’ she’s used, and is proud of her body for having birthed a ‘not so small human’.

‘My journey has always been mine, it can’t be compared to anyone else’s because everyone is different,’ she went on to say.

‘Enjoy it, be thankful and be grateful for your own journey. I was so fascinated to see how my body adapted after birth, we spend nine months watching it grow but what happens afterwards?’
