The outspoken broadcaster said he didn’t believe her following her admissions during an interview with Oprah Winfrey.

Since his exit, many different presenters have stepped into his shoes, including Alex Beresford and Adil Ray.

Viewers have been tuning into her and Alastair’s dynamic this week as some loved the duo while others were still missing Piers.

The presenting pair were also embroiled in their first on-screen spat over whether or not you should call politicians by their first names.

At one point on Monday’s show, Alastair said: “I call him Keir because he lives around the corner.”
