Susan Boyle reminds fans about her Miami concert as she celebrates 10 years in the spotlight


Susan has come a long way over the decade.

Britain’s Got Talent star Susan Boyle posted a video to her Instagram to remind fans about her upcoming Miami concert as she celebrates 10 years in the public eye.

The 58-year-old will take the stage in November as part of her I Dreamed A Dream Gala.

The Scottish singer, announced the news last month, but wanted to make sure fans had saved the date for her Ten tour.

‘Hi there, Susan Boyle here,’ she said. ‘Just to remind you I will be playing at the Alfalit Gala on the 9th November in Miami, hope to see you there.’

Susan is currently on tour promoting her new record Ten – her first compilation album and eight album release – which has already hit the top five in the UK and Australian charts.

She rose to fame after appearing in 2009 on the third season of BGT in which she stunned the judges, and the world with her rendition of I Dreamed a Dream from Les Miserables.

The daughter of a miner and a shorthand typist became a multi-millionaire within the year, according to the International Business Times.

In 2013 the unlikely superstar, who had long carried the label of being ‘brain damaged’, revealed she had been diagnosed with Asperger’s – a high-functioning form of autism.

After a hiatus, Susan returned to the stage last month performing live after she made it to the final as a contestant in America’s Got Talent: The Champions

While she returned to the show overseas she withdrew from Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions, telling The Sunday Post, she had ‘a lot on her plate’ and couldn’t fit the show into her schedule with her Miami show.

‘I couldn’t really fit everything in.’ she said. I’d have loved to have done it.’

Susan Boyle will take her Ten Tour across the UK in March 2020.
