Supreme and Nike’s latest collaboration is dropping this week … And there’s even Supreme bling

Their collaborations are always streetwear gold dust.

And with a collaborative history spanning over two decades, New York’s Supreme and Nike, just keep ’em coming. After all, old habits die hard, right?

The two streetwear giants have teamed up once again on an autumn/ winter 2019 collection, which comprises leather baseball jerseys, sunnies and even some very slick 14K gold rings with that iconic Nike Swoosh.

The pieces in the collection pay homage to the silhouettes favoured by the stars of the nineties: 2Pac, Nas and Snoop Dogg, with tracksuits made of soft leather instead of cotton.

The collaboration, whose campaign is modelled by singer Octavian, recognises the resurgence of the nineties novelty aesthetic in streetwear.

Supreme, which was founded in New York City in 1994, and Nike, which dates back to 1964, began their flirtation with collaborations in 2002 with the launch of the smash hit Nike Dunk Low Pro SB Supreme.

The Nike x Supreme collection will be available in Supreme stores and online on November 29, while Japan stores will see a later release date of November 30. Prices are not yet known.
