SAM SMITH started it all when he posted less-than-perfect pictures of himself on Instagram – unheard of in the celebrity world – and sparked his own campaign for body confidence.
The singer, 27, said: “In the past, if I’ve ever done a photoshoot with so much as a T-shirt on, I have starved myself for weeks in advance.

The results – with Sam in Y-fronts, a fur coat, and bright green Speedos with a straw hat – started to go viral.
