Strictly survivor Mike Bushell has already booked a hotel room for the show’s Blackpool extravaganza in two weeks’ time.
But he has forked out for it with his own cash, in case he is booted off the show before then.
The BBC sports presenter won his third dramatic dance-off in a row with partner Katya Jones on Sunday as they danced the Charleston against Viscountess Emma Weymouth and Aljaz Skorjanec.
He claimed that he has paid for a night in a Blackpool hotel out of his own pocket simply because he wants to visit the town.

He said: “I’ve always wanted to go to Blackpool. I was going along to support the others. I’m going to Blackpool whatever.
“I’ve booked the hotel and I’ve paid for it myself and I’m going to cheer everyone else on.
“If I’m there as part of the competition that would be amazing and be a bonus but I’m going anyway to cheer them all on.”
The 53-year-old, who has been bullied by trolls on social media for his dance-off triumphs, joked that his regular appearance under the red light of doom will be “replacing Poldark and Line of Duty as the Sunday night drama.”
He added: “What I think is ‘here we are again, if I’m going to go I’m going to go out with my head held high having done a good job.’ That’s all I can think.”
