Strictly Come Dancing duo Katya and Neil Jones have split.
The news was confirmed via a statement on Instagram.
The statement posted on Katya’s page read: “Hi everyone.
“As our fans and loyal supporters you are really important to us and so we wanted to let you know some news.
“After 11 years, we have made the mutual decision to separate.”

The post continued: “We will always love each other, just in different ways as friends.
“This will never change what a great team we make and we are really proud of everything we have achieved together.
“Our shared love of dance we will keep working and dancing together as well as exploring individual projects.”

The decision comes ten months after Katya was caught snogging her dancing partner Seann Walsh.
At the time comedian Seann was in a relationship with Rebecca Humphries.
Seann and Katya appeared on Strictly spin-off It Takes Two to issue a grovelling public apology.
