Strictly Come Dancing’s Michelle Visage has been snubbed from the arena tour next year after being ditched by producers.
The RuPaul’s Drag Race judge had initially been approached for the 2020 circuit but, according to reports, was recently told over email that she was no longer needed.
‘Michelle was approached by the producers working on the tour a while ago,’ an insider said.
‘They talked her through the dates and asked if she could be available.
‘But then suddenly she got an email saying she wasn’t needed. The message was short and blunt.’
The source continued to Daily Star Sunday: ‘The tour is a chance for the celebs to cash in on their success on the show. Michelle is going to miss out on all of that.’

Strictly Come Dancing, The Live Tour, will be happening in January and February 2020 and will see last year’s winner Stacey Dooley host.
Stacey will be joined by a selection of the celebrities and professional dancers from the current 17th series, as well as some of the judges.
‘I’m so excited to be joining the Strictly gang again and can’t wait to experience it from a different perspective!’ she enthused.
‘I’m really looking forward to hosting the tour as I know it’ll be a blast. I had such an amazing time last year, I hope I’ll find a way to get those dancing shoes back on again too.’
In total, the tour will be comprised of 32 shows up and down the UK, with the first taking place on Thursday 16 January 2020 at the Arena in Birmingham.
Casting announcements are due to be made over the coming weeks.
