The cast of Strictly Come Dancing’s live tour have made it to Leeds for Friday night’s performance, after they got ‘stranded’ in Manchester.

The professional dancers and their celebrity partners were reportedly left waiting at Manchester airport after their transfer didn’t turn up on time.

They managed to get on the road after around half an hour, however, and were seen arriving in Leeds ahead of their performance in the evening.

The group, including Kelvin Fletcher, Stacey Dooley and AJ Pritchard and Saffron Barker had flown in from Aberdeen where they had performed the night before.

Following Leeds on Friday, the Strictly Come Dancing live tour will head on to Manchester – here’s hoping the journey back will be less eventful.

The delay to their journey didn’t dampen the group’s spirits as they were seen smiling and chatting with one another as they arrived in Leeds with all their luggage in tow.

Saffron was seen carrying a laptop, as she bundled up warm in a teddy bear coat and pink and black scarf, so it looks like she had something to keep her entertained for the trip. Editing her next vlog, perhaps?

Eastenders star Emma Barton had dressing for the weather nailed, as she wore a long, off-white fluffy coat with a cute bobble hat and black gloves, over a leopard print skirt and black polo neck top.

Stacey Dooley decided to skip a coat despite the chilly temperatures, instead relying on a cream jumper and a cup of tea to keep her warm, instead.

Some lucky fans even managed to nab a selfie with some of the stars as they spotted them heading into their hotel to ditch their bags.

Strictly Come Dancing: The Live Tour 2020 began on 16 January in Birmingham and will wrap up on 9 February at the O2, London.
