STRICTLY Come Dancing’s highly anticipated Blackpool week will air TONIGHT (November 16).
The remaining seven couples will battle it out on the dancefloor at the iconic Tower Ballroom – here is everything you need to know.
What time is Strictly Come Dancing on?
Blackpool week is upon us and that can only mean one thing – Strictly Come Dancing 2019 is nearing the end.
The cast of 2019 will perform at the iconic Tower Ballroom in Blackpool for week nine of the competition.
BBC One will broadcast all the activities of the night on its channel from 7.05pm to 8.20pm on Saturday, November 16, 2019.
Of course, the episode will be available on the BBC iPlayer and catch up channels once it has aired.
As always, Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman will return to present the show, as the celebrity couples take to the dancefloor.
Meanwhile, ballroom experts Motsi Mabuse, Craig Revel Horwood, Shirley Ballas and Bruno Tonioli will reclaim their seats on the judging panel.
Why is Blackpool week popular?
Celebrities strive to compete in Blackpool’s Tower Ballroom, as it is known for its spectacular architecture and its springy dancefloor is world-famous.
Situated on the Blackpool seafront, the tower is an imposing 158m tall and welcomes over 650,000 visitors per year.
The Tower was built in 1894 and dancing events take place there every day, with visitor even able to give it a whirl themselves.

Alex and Neil
The couple will reunite for the first time in weeks to perform their choreography to Beyonce’s track Run The World (Girls).
Emma and Anton
The pair will take on the American Smooth in week nine with a routine to Ella Fitzgerald’s, Lets Face The Music And Dance.
Michelle and Giovanni
Michelle and Italian Giovanni will perform their first couple’s choice routine to Madonna’s Vogue.
Saffron and AJ
They will show off their fancy footwork with the Quickstep to Beverley Knight’s track Marvellous Party.
Chris and Karen
The duo will perform a routine to Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars’ track Uptown Funk in the hopes it secures them enough points to progress in the competition.
Karim and Amy
They will tackle a Charleston, performing to Happy, by C2C feat Derek Martin.
Kelvin and Oti
The bookies favourites will take on the Jive and perform to Jailhouse Rock from Smokey Joe’s Cafe.
