“It’s one of those shows I’ve just watched at home and thought, ‘I’d love to do that’ because it just, for what it represents and you can see people throwing themselves at it and doing something outside their comfort zone.
“I’m a big believer in challenging yourself and what better way than doing it in front of 11 million people, dancing, learning these new steps!
“Having a spray tan, having all these amazing costumes, I love the spray tan, I think the best thing I’ve ever done, it has changed my life and it’s been incredible!”
