Fighting tears, he continued: “Sorry, I don’t know why I’m getting upset.”
Amy comforted: “He’s upset and I’m just so proud of him, it’s his birthday next week and more than anything I want him to experience the magic of Blackpool.”
Thankfully, Karim and Amy’s slip up didn’t cost them their place in the competition and they both got through to Blackpool.
