When asked if he still keeps in touch with the Britain’s Got Talent judge, Stephen revealed it is always a “nostalgic” occasion bumping into the star at events.
“We bump into each other now and again, it’s always nice to see her,” he explained.
“It’s certainly a bit of nostalgia when I see her.”
Opening up on previous characters that he particularly enjoyed playing because they are worlds away from his personal character, Stephen highlighted Damien Day from Drop the Dead Donkey, which first aired back in 1990.
