Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith CROSSOVER scenes in The Clone Wars episode 11 Shattered

WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD. Today the penultimate episode of The Clone Wars TV series aired and it featured some crossover scenes with Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith that will no doubt delight fans. Season 7 Episode 11 Shattered saw Ahsoka Tano delivering a captured Darth Maul to the Jedi Council on Coruscant. However, her plans were foiled as at the same time Anakin Skywalker was being turned to the Dark Side as Darth Vader as the Emperor declared the Order 66 command to slaughter the Jedi as traitors of the Republic.

Before travelling to Coruscant, Ahsoka met with the Jedi Council via Holoprojector.

But before she entered the room, Mace Windu, Yoda and a couple of other Jedi were in discussion about the Dark Side of the Force surrounding Chancellor Palpatine.

This is an exact scene from Revenge of the Sith, about an hour in, but from Windu’s perspective in the movie.

And after this scene ends is when Ahsoka joins the conversation, which is a couple minutes into Shattered.

And it’s here that we see Ahsoka fight for her life to survive Darth Sidious’ purge.

Of course, she’s in Star Wars Rebels, set between Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope, so we know she survives.

But with just one episode to go in The Clone Wars ever, just what other crossovers will we see on May 4, Star Wars Day?

Well, Ahsoka is still on her way to Coruscant with Darth Maul, which is where Palpatine’s duel with Yoda takes place.

Meanwhile, Anakin will be on Mustafar where he duels Obi-Wan and receives his Darth Vader disfigurements.

Fans have been wondering whether Ahsoka will see Anakin as Vader in the finale, as she does in Rebels.

But what will be most exciting to see is what happens next to her and Maul; closing the gaps in their timeline.

The Clone Wars’ final episode Victory and Death airs on Disney+ on Monday, May 4 – Star Wars Day.
