Stanley Tucci has made the internet thirsty with a short and sweet demonstration on how to make a cocktail.

The actor was filmed by his wife Felicity Blunt in the kitchen, and offered to make her the gin-based cocktail Negroni.

Stanley, wearing glasses and dressed in a black, short-sleeved T-shirt tucked into smart trousers, expertly mixed the drink explaining the recipe as he went along.

Right at the end he offers the beverage to his wife and when she reaches out for it he smirks: ‘Not gonna happen’ before keeping it for himself.

From the different spirits Stanley chose to use (and alternatives) to the type of glass he likes to serve a Negroni in, just watching Stanley do it so expertly was making fans of the star a bit flustered.

‘I guess a shaken Negroni is now to be called a Tucci,’ read one comment.

A further excited tweet read: ‘Confinement has really opened my eyes to the finer things in life. And Stanley Tucci is fine.’

Another person, who clearly had thought about this a lot, tweeted: ‘Anyone else imagining him in nothing but pj bottoms while doing that?’, while one fan wrote: ‘I never realized how damn sexy Stanley Tucci is until right now!! (sic)’

One posted: ‘Watching my secret crush making my favorite cocktail while looking so fine is almost more than I can bear this AM. (sic)’

Avengers star Chris Evans was also a fan, praising the actor for being ‘charming’ when they worked together.

He tweeted: ‘I. Love. Stanley. Tucci. On some(most) days after we finished filming on the first Captain America movie, Stanley would make us martinis in his trailer.

‘He’s an absolute gem. However cool, fun, witty, and charming you think he is, double it and you’re halfway there.’
