In spite of her concerns, Stacey went on to say that she realises “it is important to get out” if possible.
She continued: “But every time I do I realise how important it is to get out (if you can) and do something that you normally used to do and enjoy.
“So I’m going to do it today. Thinking of those who can’t leave their homes,” Stacey concluded alongside a crying face emoji.
The Loose Women presenter is currently self-isolating with Joe, their 11-month-old son Rex and her two children from previous relationships, Leighton, seven and Zachary, 12.
