Stacey Solomon says she feels like an 'imposter' as she reflects on life achievement

Television presenter Stacey Solomon often uses her social media accounts to document her day-to-day life with her millions of followers and is praised for her honesty. Now, the star has opened up on how she feels after purchasing her dream home, Pickle Cottage.

Stacey, 31, is currently in the process of transforming her dream home alongside fiancé Joe Swash, 39, and her three children.

The star, who found fame on The X Factor, has used social media to reveal that transformation to fans, including her much-loved swimming pool located in the garden.

Dagenham-born Stacey, who is expecting her fourth child, her second with Mr Swash, last night revealed that she was having a pinch-me moment as she reflected on her life.

As she stood in the garden of her luxury abode, she revealed that while grateful, it’s as though she is living someone else’s life.

Sharing a snap of her stunning garden and her youngest son, Rex, two, to her 4.5 million followers, Stacey penned: “I feel like an absolute imposter but an extremely grateful imposter,” alongside a tear emoji.

Stacey went on to say: “I also really really need to jet wash this bench…

“It’s the only one I haven’t got round to but I think when it looks like a swamp and stains your kid’s clothes, it’s time…”

Stacey has been documenting her love for her jet wash as she transforms her home and often discusses with social media followers how much she’s enjoying her transformation project.

Earlier this week, Stacey was left startled when fans pointed out what appeared to be a spooky intruder in her home.

Taking to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, Stacey was fooling around as she was putting on what resembled a gas mask, provided by Joe as they painted their new home.

Shortly after uploading the video clip, some of Stacey’s 4.5 million followers quickly noticed that in the bottom left-hand corner of her mirror, a face had appeared.

Addressing the concerns of her dedicated fans, Stacey shared a video shortly afterwards saying: “Loads of you are like, ‘What is that face in the mirror?’ and I thought ‘Oh my God, I’ve got ghosts!'”

She went on to say: “And then I looked back on my Stories and I realised, it’s only Dave, my Dad! He’s helping me cut the skirting [boards].”

Stacey captioned her post: “Few, at least I don’t have ghosts.

“Dave’s helping me cut some skirting and covering,” alongside a crying with laughter emoji.

Stacey also recently spoke about her joy after Rex was discharged from hospital following an accident — the tot was rushed to A&E where he required stitches following a fall, resulting in an overnight stay alongside Stacey.
