Stacey said she loves her ‘furry belly’ as she showed off her baby bump ahead of giving birth to her fourth child

Stacey spoke out about normalising body hair on her Instagram story

Loose Women panellist Stacey Solomon has been praised for normalising a furry belly during pregnancy after fans took to Instagram to say they had been too ashamed to show off their own fuzz.

Stacey took to her Instagram story to share a pic of her baby bump, which fans had noticed was hairy.

Despite trolls attacking the former X Factor finalist for showing her hair, Stacey stayed strong and expressed pride and love for her ‘furry belly’.

Responding to a fan’s reassuring comment, Stacey said: “It’s always a bit hairy but really blooms in my pregnancies and it reminds me how grateful I am to be growing another human and how much I’m going to miss my little fuzz ball when this pregnancy is over.”

Followers were quick to pile in, praising the star – with one claiming “Furry bumps rock!!!”

Stacey is a mum to three kids, and this child will be her second with fiancé Joe Swash.

She had her first child, Zachary Solomon, with her boyfriend at the time at the age of 18. Her other children are Leighton Barham and Rex Toby Francis Swash.

The pair got together in 2016 after meeting on I’m A Celebrity on 2010.

Stacey had two children prior to her relationship with Joe, and is also stepmum to his child from a previous relationship.

Pregnancy hasn’t been easy for the star, as Stacey has opened up about suffering several miscarriages.

Discussing her previous losses, she said: “We’ve experienced [miscarriage] a few times in the last year and a bit and it’s such a sinking feeling. So many [viewers] have been trying for years and years.”

“Keep going if you can and if you want to. But honestly it’s heartbreaking.”

The panelist was candid about her concerns about having another child, opening up about the fact that she and her fiancé worried they wouldn’t be able to have another child.

But the pair pulled through and announced Stacey’s fourth pregnancy on Instagram in June.

The couple are expecting a baby girl.

Announcing their second pregnancy together in a sweet family photo, Stacey said: “We are growing another pickle. We’ve never felt so grateful… I have no words.

“We didn’t think we would get the chance. We love you all to the moon and back. Lots of love From Me, Joe, Harry, Zach, Leighton, Rex, and our little pickle.”
