Stacey Solomon is worried that she’s pregnant with a Furby.

The Loose Women star shared a humorous baby bump update on Thursday night after discovering ‘thick, wirey black’ hairs sprouting out of her tummy.

Stacey, who’s pregnant with her third child, was praised for showing off what ‘real’ bodies do during pregnancy as she begged her followers for some insight.

‘I think I’m pregnant with a Furby,’ she declared. ‘I need to know… Did anyone else’s belly just suddenly become covered in fur?’

Stacey described how thick hairs had started coming up next to little lines of blonde ones around her belly button.

Laughing, she added: ‘I’ve always had my hair tummy snail trail which is a line of hair that practically goes from my cleavage all the way done to my hoo-ha but never an all over fuzz.’

But Stacey, who is expecting a baby with TV presenter Joe Swash, insisted that she was fascinated by the experience.

‘I’m not upset by it one bit, I’ve always loved my, furrier than most, body, I’m just so fascinated as to why this happens?

‘What does it mean? Is it to keep the Furby warm? Any incites are much appreciated (I think, as long as they’re not scary, if you have something scary to say, DON’T my anxiety can’t take it ?)’

From her followers, Stacey received some reassurance that it was just hormonal and that it would go away.

One follower hinted that Stacey might be having a girl because she had the same experience, just not when she welcomed a son.

Overall, Stacey was praised for showing what ‘real’ bodies do during pregnancy and the overwhelming was to leave it alone and ‘definitely’ not shave.

Stacey has been sharing her journey to motherhood with her Instagram followers ever since announcing her pregnancy in February.

The 29-year-old is already a mum to sons Zachary, 10, and Leighton, six, but recently said she’s ‘not in love’ with being pregnant.
