Spice Girls back in the studio to 'record new material' after contact with Victoria Beckham


The Spice Girls look like they are going to top the charts once again.

The girl band brought Spice World back to Scotland with their date in Edinburgh as part of a UK tour. However, that might not be the last we hear from the group.

The Mirror report that Mel B, Mel C, Geri Horner and Emma Bunton are back in the studio and recording new music with top producers after a meeting in London.

It is also noted they still have hopes Victoria Beckham will be a part of any new release.

The last release from the Spice Girls was Forever, in 2000, but the group enjoyed a successful tour last summer – including at Murrayfield.

A source stated: “They have been working in London to gather their thoughts and start recording new material. It’s very exciting and in the early stages but it’s happening.

“They’ve also been in contact with Victoria to see if she can be involved.”
