SoulCycle Is Coming To London This Summer

It’s the news that spin enthusiasts have been waiting for. US cycle studio SoulCycle, known for its classes that tap into mind, body and soul, is coming to London this June. This somewhat spiritual wellness experience is unlike anything we already have in London, and the first studio will open in mid-June in London’s Soho.

The studio will house 60 bikes over 3,500 square feet, spread over several floors, including a retail space. And, as with the other SoulCycle studios, the globally-recruited instructors also act as motivators and inspirational coaches for the SoulCycle community.

Famous for its celebrity following – you could be working out next to Beyoncé and Jay-Z or Madonna – SoulCycle has changed the way people exercise in a spin class, adding a health and happiness element to the experience. So you’re not only benefitting physically, you’ll also walk away feeling fitter and healthier mentally.

The music will be integral to creating the legendary SoulCycle atmosphere, so expect exclusive live events from some of SoulCycle’s community (Ciara and The Chainsmokers have both performed at its concerts) in the London studio.

“We’re incredibly excited to open our first SoulCycle studio in the UK,” said Melanie Whelan, CEO of SoulCycle. “SoulCycle is social and joyful and gives people a way to connect. Our classes are high energy and results oriented. We’re a community and a space where you can come as you are and celebrate who you are, to work through whatever you’re facing that day and emerge feeling stronger and inspired. Above all, SoulCycle is fun!”

There’s already news of more UK studios in the future; “the launch of our studio in the heart of Soho is just the beginning,” Whelan explains. “We’ll be announcing additional locations and experiences in London very soon.”

The first SoulCycle London studio will open in mid-June in Soho, 3-4 Great Marlborough Street.
