Sophie Turner: Game of Thrones star reveals lengths Joe Jonas went to for spoilers

The Game of Thrones favourite, 23, who has played Sansa Stark since the HBO series began in 2011, told ET her fiancé had been on the set a lot during filming. “He was like, ‘Can you fill me [in]?’” she said. Sophie Turner went on to explain how Joe Jonas, 29, had signed a non-disclosure agreement in order to be allowed spoilers. “He signed an NDN, NDA and everything, so it’s all good,” she added.

Game of Thrones star Sophie also opened up about bidding farewell to the character of Sansa after a decade.

She told the publication she had “a bit of a wobble” after she finished filming for season eight last year.

“I went through a bit of an identity crisis and suddenly feeling a bit inferior,” she admitted.

“And then, you know, therapy really helped and now I kind of own everything,” she quipped.

Sophie previously hinted she had told people how Game of Thrones ends in an interview with W Magazine.

“I’m so bad at keeping secrets,” she said. “I don’t think people tell me things anymore because they know that I can’t keep them.

“I’ve already told the ending of Game of Thrones to a few people.”

She later clarified that she had actually only told two people.

Sophie first started dating Jonas Brothers star Joe in 2016 and they announced their engagement the following year.

They are set to tie the knot this summer, with her Game of Thrones co-star Maisie Williams, 21, acting as one of two maids of honour for the big day.

The actress told ET she had already given Maisie, who plans her on-screen sister Arya Stark, the bridesmaid dress.

In a recent interview with Harper’s Bazaar UK, she spoke out about the wedding, saying: “We’re trying to keep it as low-key as possible so it’s more of an intimate thing.”

Gushing about her husband-to-be, she continued: “He’s lovely. He’s the funniest.

“You wouldn’t expect he’s about to turn 30 this year.

“He’s the most fun, energetic, positive person I’ve ever seen,” she added.

“I’m pessimistic, so we balance each other out.”

Game of Thrones season 8 will air on HBO in the US on April 14 and on Sky Atlantic and NOW TV on April 15 at 2am & 9pm.
