The 22-year-old daughter of musician Lionel Richie looked smitten as she kissed her new flame, following reports her rebound fling with Cha Cha Matcha founder Matthew Morton had ‘cooled’ after two months of dating.
Looking completely healed from her heartbreaking split with Scott Disick after ending their three-year romance last August, the model was seen packing on the PDA with her new love interest as they hit the beach.

Gil is currently studying for a Master of Business Administration degree at London Business School, and is the son of Israeli billionaire businessman Idan Ofer, who was named the richest man in Israel back in 2013.
Although Sofia has not spoken out about the nature of their relationship or posted any pictures with the billionaire heir, she follows Gil on Instagram.
Much like Sofia, Gil has a famous father, with shipping magnate Idan known in the business world for his net worth of $5.2 billion. And according to Forbes, he is the 394th richest person in the world.
As well as having stakes in shipping, drilling and mining businesses, Idan is a keen sportsman and owns a 85% stake in Portuguese second league football club FC Famalicão and a 32% stake in Spanish football club Atlético Madrid.
Idan has garnered controversy over the years, with eyebrows raised over his move to London amid a tax row, and concerns over pollution from his chemical factories.

Gil stayed close to the social media sensation, who removed her adorable white and pink face mask, which featured a design with kiss marks on the front, and accessorized with a chic bucket hat.
Additionally, the blonde bombshell wore a chunky gold bracelet, a few delicate necklaces, a pair of fuzzy white slides and retro shades.

In December, reports surface that she and Matthew Morton’s relationship had ‘cooled down’ and she was single again after their two-month fling.
‘They weren’t seriously dating and were only casually seeing each other, but the relationship has definitely simmered,’ a source told E! News at the time. ‘Nothing in particular happened, they just both aren’t ready for something serious.’
Additionally, the insider noted she was ‘ having fun going on dates’ and ‘enjoying being single.’
