A social business which provides staff training and recruitment services launches an ethical financial services division today.
LOVE2finance, part of the LOVE Group based in East Kilbride, will offer mortgages, investment advice, pensions, insurance, debt management, equity release, wealth management and wills.
It will also offer free financial welfare advice, services and education to people living in poverty.
Profits will be invested in the organisation’s charitable activities, focused on delivering support to vulnerable children, young people and adults, and their families.
LOVE Group chief executive Lynn Bell said: “We are delighted to be launching this new service, providing ethical financial services which will target a range of customers and aid financial inclusion through providing support and advice to those living in poverty.
“As a social business, any profits will be reinvested into supporting vulnerable individuals to be able to realise their full potential.
“Those using our service will therefore not only be getting a wide-range of financial services but will also be doing so in the knowledge that as a socially responsible business we will be using any profits to support others.”
LOVE Group provides staff training, such as leadership and health and safety training, and recruitment services to companies and organisations. It has also launched an educational publishing division.
