Six by Nico is inviting diners to curate its next menu by asking them to vote for their favourite dishes of the year.
Owner and chef Nico Simeone will create a six-course feast based on the top picks of the year at his Glasgow and Edinburgh restaurants. In the last 12 months, Simeone has served menus based on the themes New York City, The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, Paris, Guilty Pleasures, Catalonia, The Orient Express and Thai Street Food. He has opened new venues in Manchester, Belfast and Liverpool, as well as adding two new ones in Glasgow to his original Finnieston diner.
The Best of 2019 will be the new decade’s first theme, served from 7th January – Sunday 16th February 2020 at Six by Nico restaurants in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Simeone said: “The public vote being launched today online will see our loyal customers revisit some of their favourite dishes at Six by Nico. We are always seeking to evolve and improve the dining experience and our guest’s feedback plays a major role in helping us do just that. Therefore, we thought it was only right that we left our first menu concept of the decade in the hands of those who dine frequently with us.
“It is fascinating to uncover what food memories stay with guests after they visit our restaurants and with this theme kicking off 2020’s concepts we are able to serve up something special for those who love us most.”
