SIR Alex Ferguson has seen the value of his personal company rise to more than £11million as he raked in nearly £2million last year.
The ex-Manchester United boss, 77, has earned millions from book deals, appearances and public speaking since he quit football six years ago.
Accounts for ACF (Alexander Chapman Ferguson) Sports Promotions show a profit of £1,813,916 for the year to June 2018.
It had assets of £17.5million and owed £6.3million to creditors in one year.
The firm has invested millions in US private equity funds — including £2million in one called Distressed Managers.
His autobiography has sold more than one million copies and he is available for motivational speaking at Pounds 100,000 a go.
The 77-year-old had emergency treatment on a brain haemorrhage last May and spent several days in intensive care at Salford Royal Hospital, near Manchester.
Last month he raised £400,000 for the NHS as a thank you for the care he received during his health scare.
