Single parents: did you rediscover your sexuality after your children left home?

Empty nest syndrome refers to the feelings of grief and loss parents can feel when their children leave home.

Some parents enjoy the increased freedom and use the time to rekindle their relationships with their spouse, family and friends.

It can also be an opportunity for single parents to rediscover their sexuality during this period of transition and growth with some people eager to explore their identity beyond that of a mother or a father.

We would love to hear from single parents who have rediscovered their sexuality after their children have left home.
