Simon Cowell and Lauren Silverman, like the rest of us, know the importance of daily exercise during coronavirus-induced lockdown.
The pair have been seen with their kids and dogs enjoying a walk in Malibu, California – a US state abiding by similar social-distancing rules to the UK.
The music mogul and his partner are parents to six-year-old Eric.
Lauren is also a mother to son Adam, 14, from a previous relationship.
Let’s not forget Simon’s beloved dogs, Squiddly, Diddly and Freddy, who are regulars on Britain’s Got Talent.
Dogs deserve daily exercise too!

The music mogul showed off the results of his diet and lifestyle change in a black T-shirt and loose-fitting grey shorts.
Meanwhile Lauren wore jeans, a black T-shirt and leopard print shoes.
Simon’s outing follows sharp comments from his old X Factor co-judge Sharon Osbourne about the star.
Speaking on the Honest AF podcast last month, 67-year-old Sharon said: ‘Simon doesn’t have the ability to see individuals.’
‘He doesn’t like people who are overweight,’ she added. ‘Seriously.’
‘That’s why he turned down Jennifer Hudson,’ she added. ‘That’s why he wouldn’t champion her on American Idol.
‘But it’s the truth. He’s very dated.’
Let’s not forget Jennifer went on to forge a successful music career – and won the best supporting actress Oscar for 2006’s Dreamgirls – so we don’t think she’s too worried about Simon.
